Why Pavers

Built for the desert. Designed to last.

Built To Last Decades

Properly set pavers on a compacted aggregate base outlast poured concrete — no cracking, no slab failure in Phoenix heat.

Cool Underfoot

Travertine and light porcelain stay noticeably cooler than concrete or flagstone. Perfect for pool decks and barefoot patios.

Repairable, Forever

If a paver ever shifts, stains, or cracks, we lift and reset just that piece. No demo, no full re-pour.

Boost Home Value

Paver driveways and patios are one of the highest-ROI exterior upgrades — especially in the Phoenix luxury market.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

How long do paver installations last?+

A properly installed paver system — base, edge restraint, polymeric sand — lasts 30+ years with virtually no maintenance beyond an occasional re-sand or re-seal.

Pavers vs. stamped concrete — what's better?+

Pavers don't crack with seasonal movement, individual units can be lifted and reset, and they typically outlast stamped concrete by decades in the Arizona climate.

Can you tear out my old concrete driveway?+

Yes. We handle full demo, haul-off, base prep, and install — start to finish, with permits if required.

How long does a paver project take?+

Most residential patios and walkways finish in 3–7 days. Driveways and full backyard hardscapes typically run 1–3 weeks depending on scope.
